construction services and materials specializing in interior drywall
finishes, finish carpentry and select contractor sourced construction
materials. We are a subcontractor and provider of
construction services, materials, and supplies.
We specialize in the following areas: rough and finish carpentry,
casework, millwork, fire-stopping, fire-proofing, interior finishes,

Company Mission The mission of 6 Degrees Consulting is to become the most sought-after provider of subcontractor interior finish services along with select project material supplies. 6 Degrees understands that customer satisfaction provides long lasting opportunities for additional work and referrals for continued growth and profitability.
Through excellent customer
service and response, 6 Degrees will eliminate the perception that
utilization of MBEs is a necessary project requirement. We will define
that we can be utilized as an added resource to accomplish the task and
drive the project to successful completion. 6 Degrees will continue to
build quality relationships with the general contractors, owners, and
state and local agencies to gain access to profitable work. 6 Degrees
will continue to work towards its mission of becoming the most reliable
and sought after provider of MBE construction sources in the

Bob Lawson was, and continues to be, the sole principal in 6 Degrees consulting which primarily focused on business development and marketing for construction companies in the local area. In this capacity the founder quickly realized the void in the local market for minority certified contractors, and the opportunity in the local market for services requiring minority participation. At present, 6 Degrees is utilizing the talent of local construction professionals and consultants in preparing to efficiently enter in this market on a negotiated basis. We feel that the market opportunities will exist at all levels of government funded or assisted projects.
